2025: a bittersweet year of closure and rebirth

It’s hard to believe — another year has flown by. This 2025 was truly a year of closure, perfectly honoring the numerology of a year 9. With it came a wave of deep changes — some for the better, others to clear out everything that no longer made sense. The collective energy felt more intense than ever. Many experienced awakenings of consciousness, but those of us who have walked this spiritual path for years know an uncomfortable truth: there is no awakening without first passing through a stretch of darkness. That’s why so many people found themselves in conflict with their lives and the way they look at them. 2025 made one thing very clear: you can’t keep living an “old life” with a “new consciousness.

2025: A Year That Shook Everything

Collectively, it was clear — a clash between the old and the new: collapsing structures, uncomfortable truths coming to light, relationships that no longer hold, jobs losing meaning, artificial intelligence everywhere, identities dissolving.
Many people felt their lives became “chaotic,” though in truth, what was falling apart was self-deception.

A year marked by the number 9 comes with that purpose: to close chapters, to ask you to return what isn’t yours, to release what no longer vibrates with you — even if it hurts.

From Traveling the Astral to Traveling the Body

For my part, 2025 brought tangible, profound changes.
I moved to another state. Started a new home, new friends. Changed my surroundings, my rhythm, my air. I came closer to nature — not as a spiritual concept, but as a real place to inhabit: trees, lakes, animals, silence.

And something else happened:
After so many years of meditation, inner journeys, and “upward” experiences, this year I had to journey downward — into the body.

The “teacher illness” showed up as chronic anemia. More than a diagnosis, it was a portal — an intimate and cosmic journey into my own cells, to understand the logic of my body, the importance of every nutrient, and the silent biochemistry that keeps me alive.

The lack of iron, the deep fatigue, the racing heart, the sense that my body couldn’t keep up — all of that forced me to listen even more quietly. To hear the flow of my blood, to inhabit my bones, to notice the tingling of my nerves and the secret pulses of each organ.

If it hadn’t been for that call, I probably wouldn’t have awakened certain “sacred portals” within me that only open when life makes you stop.
With all its magic, 2025 taught me that it’s not enough to expand consciousness “upward”; it must be embodied in every cell.

A Year That Pushed You Out of the Comfort Zone

If this year had one defining trait, it was intensity.
Though every year we shed our skin, 2025 felt different:
Either you moved — or life moved you.
Either you chose change — or change chose you.

Moves of home, of country, of work, of relationships, of habits.
Inner transformations that could no longer be postponed.

2025 was that uncomfortable push whispering:
“The old has served its purpose. Now it’s time to choose differently.”

2026: A Year 1, A New Code

After a year 9, a year 1 inevitably follows.
2026 feels like a new code being downloaded:
A new beginning. A new identity. A new way of being in the world.

Not only because we have changed — but because the planet isn’t the same anymore.
Technology is no longer a distant tool; it’s everywhere.
Artificial intelligence has transformed how we work, create, express ourselves, and consume information.

Since 2020, we’ve been moving through a massive shift in collective consciousness.
Five years later, we’re no longer the same. We’re more mature, more tired of the superficial, more ready for a different kind of awakening.

2026 carries the energy of returning to the one — to you, your truth, your voice, your unique way of being alive.

Final Reflection: Thank You, 2025

Yes, 2025 was bittersweet.
There were losses, endings, diagnoses, exhaustion, doubts.
But there was also clarity, alignment, brave changes, new roots, new codes of light entering the body.

So thank you — for being, for staying, for walking with me through this stretch of the path.
Thank you to this year that forced us to look at ourselves without filters and recognize that we couldn’t go on the same way.

May 2026 find you more honest with yourself, more present in your body, more at peace with your story.
May this new year be, for you, a true rebirth.

Blessings — and a joyful 2026.
